Alyssa’s strengths do not only lie on the softball field. Alyssa performs well academically too. She has been a volunteer assistant coach for her community swim team as well.
Alyssa plans to attend college in the Fall of 2019. She has an interest in the medical field and is considering being a PA for Sports Medicine. Alyssa would love to continue her softball career in college too. Although she has not made a decision as to which university she will attend, she has been in contact with several college softball coaches regarding scholarship opportunities.
Alyssa is a hardworking, driven, caring, and talented young lady. She would like to thank her parents, Mike and Courtney, and her brother, Jake, for supporting her in softball, school, and in life. Alyssa has also been fortunate enough to have many great coaches and teachers that have supported her along the way. She would like to thank her Foster High School coaches Keely Shuler, Marki Hajdik, and Kenneth Johnson as well as her Katy Cruisers Gold Team coach, Dale Melby, and her hitting coach, Freddy Hinojosa.
