TRAVIS HIGH SCHOOL
Khevin Brewer is a 6-foot-1, 215-pound outfielder from Travis High School in Richmond, Texas. Khevin has been a star on both the diamond and the gridiron as demonstrated by the fact that he has lettered in both baseball and football.
Khevin has had the honor of playing for many other top teams across the U.S. Over the summer he played for the Evoshield Canes in MD and the Houston Banditos. In addition, has been a member of the USA Baseball South Texas team and Texas Scout Association All-Star Team. He was also recently named a 2014 preseason high school all-America selection and has been named to Vype magazine’s top 25 players list for the last two years.
Off the field, Khevin excels academically. He received Travis High School’s Academic Excellence Award and was selected for the District 23-5A All-Academic Team.
Khevin also volunteers for “Home Runs that Help”, a community outreach program that helps raise money for local baseball fans that suffer from a life-threatening medical condition, disability or special need.
Khevin will be attending Rice University in the fall where he will continue to play baseball and plans to major in Engineering.
